Job Summary

We are actively seeking empathetic, patient, and highly organized individuals to join our frontline support team. As a Returns Specialist, you will manage complex returns, exchanges, and financial transactions at the Business Center. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to customer inquiries, processing grocery and general merchandise returns accurately and politely.
• Quality Control: Carefully inspect returned items to ensure they meet our health and safety criteria, checking for tampering, damages, or missing components.
• Financial Services: Execute precise cash handling, process utility bill payments, sell money orders, and balance the service desk register at the end of shifts.
• Defect Processing: Sort returned items that cannot go back to the sales floor into specific reclaim, donate, or defect bins according to strict corporate guidelines.
