Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to process returns and exchanges at the front desk, ensuring refunds are accurately issued to the original payment method.
• Merchandise Inspection: Carefully inspect returned items to ensure they meet the return policy criteria, checking for damages, missing pieces, or fraud indicators.
• Defect & Salvage Processing: Sort returned items that cannot go back to the sales floor into specific salvage, donate, or hazardous defect bins according to strict corporate guidelines.
• Cash Management: Execute precise cash handling, issue merchandise return cards, and balance the service desk register at the end of your shift.
